It’s with great personal sadness that I’ve posted the extended obituary for Jeffrey Howard Flintoft, who most people around town knew as the owner of Chelsea Market and the operator of the meat/counter deli.

The Ugly Dog Distillery at 14495 North Territorial Road (at Stofer), which we wrote about some time ago, is officially open for business.
Just Imagine, a new book and toy store in the old Cranesbill Books space at 108 E. Middle in Chelsea, and The Middle Bead, a bead store upstairs in the same space, will open Saturday.
