Former State Rep. and Speaker Pro-Tem Pam Byrnes is home from China and invites people to join her for a fundraiser for Gretchen Driskell, who is running as a Democrat for state representative.
The fundraiser will take place Thursday, Aug. 30, from 5:30-7 p.m. at the home of Toni Iannelli and Dawn Day-Iannelli, 353 Washington St.
It is cohosted by the Western Washtenaw Democrats, MI List, Janis Bobrin, Pam Byrnes and Kent Brown, Anne Comeau, James E. Crooks, Jim and Cathie Dries, Barb and Nelson Fuller, Frank Grohnert, Anne Merkel, Frank Parkinson, Mary Schroer, Mary Waldron and Guerin Wilkinson.
There is a suggested contribution of $50 and those interested are asked to RSVP to Barb Fuller at [email protected].
