The Chelsea Senior Center will host a Super Fun Wednesday that its annual ice cream social Wednesday, Aug. 6 that includes informational seminars and a great lunch.
You don’t have to be a member to join in the fun, but registration is requested by calling 475-9242 or by emailing [email protected] today.
Here’s a line-up of what to expect.
At 10:30 a.m., there’s a 60-minute seminar titled, “Who Can You Trust? A Living Will Initiative,” which will help you to avoid estate planning mistakes.
Sponsored by the State Bar of Michigan, this program is being held across the state and local legal experts will be there to discuss this very important topic.
At noon, there will be a hot pork chop lunch with a salad and dessert. Lunch is $3 for members and $4 for guests. Please reserve your spot by calling 475-9242.
At 12:30 p.m., join the Camp Gabika kids, seniors and their families and friends for an ice cream served by local “celebrities.”
Popular wildlife columnist Tom Hodgson, will entertain with fun songs for the multi-generational crowd.
