The Beach Middle School 7th grade blue football team lost Tuesday night, Sept. 18 to Saline.  Game highlights were a 25-yard touchdown pass from Tobin Moore to Gus Reynolds, a 65-yard kick return by Tom Steele for a touchdown, and sack by Jeret Hirst on the quarterback for a big-time loss, according to information from Jason Morris, director of athletics at the school.

The 7th grade gold team lost a tough game to Tecumseh. Offensively , Aiden Chislom-Blockton had some tough yards running, and Cross Lucas had a nice connection to Jake Battaglia. James Mida and Wes Sullivan led the defense with two great tackles.

The 8th grade gold football team came away with a 16-6 win over Tecumseh Tuesday night. Everyone came together for a solid team win, with some sweet offensive plays by Cameron Cooper, Jacob Jacobusse, and Drew Anstead, according to information from the school. Solid defensive plays were made by Clayton Woody, Alex Vasquez, and Andrew Klink.

The 8th grade blue football team lost to Saline. Chelsea outscored the Hornets in the 2nd half, but was unable to overcome the first half deficit. Defensively Preston Ewald, Cole Septer, and Joey Wise played well. Jack Bush completed a long touchdown pass to Ryan Mitchell and Mikal Nelson converted the 2-point conversion.
