Members of the Chelsea High School football team spent several days in late June in Ypsilanti working on a Habitat for Humanity home last week.

According to Habitat staff, “The guys were awesome and got a ton done on the house. I hope everyone had a great time, and hopefully we can make this an annual event.”

“Habitat requires that all workers on site be at least 16 year old, so a number of players were unable to attend,” said volunteer coach Jason Lindauer.

“In some cases, they worked double shifts and it was easily one of the most rewarding and enriching experiences we’re shared as a program,” Lindauer said.

Below is a list of the players who took part in the build.
