Chelsea Police Blotter: domestic assault, assault and battery, planks stolen

This week’s Chelsea Police Department blotter includes two cases of assault and a report of stolen planks.

Both assaults occurred on Nov. 22, one in the 100 block of West Middle Street and a second in the 500 block of South Main St.
