Chelsea Police reported that on Dec. 1, a white male in his early 40’s apparently left a store in the 1200 block of South Main Street with a cart full of groceries, which he hadn’t paid for.
On Dec. 2, there was an assault in an office building in the 100 block of North Main Street.
