Chelsea volleyball sweeps SEC Jamboree at home

The SEC volleyball Jamboree was hosted at Chelsea High School on Tuesday, Sept. 1 and it was a 5-0 sweep for the Lady Bulldogs, beating all of the team’s white division opponents.

“The team came in ready to play,” said Coach Laura Cleveland. “They set their goal to go 5-0 on the day and accomplished that and put themselves in a great position for the rest of the league play. I was happy with the progress we are making as a group. Our seniors really stepped up and showed great leadership and desire to start off the league season in a great way.”
