Chelsea resident Cadet 2nd Class Daniel G. Lindauer received his Soaring Instructor Pilot Wings during a ceremony last month at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colo.
Lindauer, a Chelsea High School Class of 2015 graduate, is majoring in Aeronautical Engineering and is the youngest of four children. He is a member of the 94th Flying Training Squadron and will begin instructing other cadets this summer.
