Daniel Lindauer was one of five students in the district who received service appointments from Congressman Tim Walberg, R-7th District.
“These students have shown incredible dedication and work ethic to receive an appointment to our nation’s top military academies,” said Walberg, who added “I congratulate them on this prestigious achievement and I’m confident they will continue to make their families and communities proud in service of our country.”
Lindauer, a senior at Chelsea High School, plans to attend the Air Force Academy this fall.
