Just yesterday I went to a Mushroom education event at the Discovery Center. Nicely done. Educational and fun. Smartly, the instructor spent little time inside, but made the most of the outdoors so everyone could “touch and feel”, experiencing mushroom hunting. Excellent job! If these classes are anything like my experience yesterday, I would welcome all to take advantage of the Discovery Center, a gem in our neighborhood.
