June 23: informational meeting about Lyndon Township May pipeline explosion

Residents who would like to ask questions or get more information about the Lyndon Township gas main pipeline explosion that occurred on May 4 are encouraged to attend a meeting at Township Hall on June 23 at 7 p.m.

The informational meeting is being coordinated by the Chelsea Area Fire Authority that responded to the Consumer’s Energy pipeline rupture.

In addition, representatives from the company and “other pertinent emergency services agencies” are expected to attend, according to information provided by CAFA.
