Our sustainable programs are successfully implemented in schools and communities worldwide.

Developed by Lisa Flynn, E-RYT, RCYT and founder of ChildLight Yoga and Yoga 4 Classrooms, the ChildLight Yoga Teacher Training program is a popular, effective opportunity for educators, yoga teachers, occupational therapists, specialists, parents and others to learn to share yoga with children. The foundational training and certificate program consistently receive rave reviews from experienced kids’ yoga teachers as well as from those new to teaching.

Sue Whitmarsh, co-founder and co-owner at Breathe Yoga said in a press release, “We are thrilled to be offering Childlight’s excellent teacher training here at Breathe. I have been using Lisa Flynn’s brilliant book since I began teaching kids here in Chelsea, and know her methodology works. I still find myself referring back to it time and time again for inspiration when planning my classes. I’m really looking forward to gaining a well-recognised, quality teaching certification to support my years of experience, and adding lots of fun and fresh ideas to my toolbox – with kids, you have to keep it interesting!’

Cost is $425 includes 18 contact hours, comprehensive ChildLight Yoga Instructor Manual, certification administration and materials, and membership in the supportive ChildLight Yoga Instructor community.

Registered yoga teachers are eligible for continuing education contact hours through Yoga Alliance. Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and Professional Development Points (PDPs) may also be available through certain employers.
