June 3: Washtenaw Conservation District Fish Day

The Washtenaw County Conservation District is sponsoring a Fish Day event, Saturday, June 3, from noon-3 p.m. at the Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds, 5055 Ann Arbor-Saline Road.

This event is an opportunity for pond owners to buy fish to stock their ponds. The district is cooperating with Harrietta Hills Trout Farm of Harrietta, Michigan on Fish Day.

How Fish Day works:

  • Orders should be placed directly with Harrietta Hills at least 7 days in advance of Fish Day, by tomorrow, May 26. Call Toll Free: 1-877-389-2514.
  • Minimum order: 25 for any species offered, including: rainbow trout, hybrid sunfish, largemouth bass, channel catfish, yellow perch, and fathead minnows (sold by the gallon). Cash or checks only will be accepted for payment of orders at Fish Day.
