Blarney Castle will perform live at Chelsea Alehouse Brewery on Saturday, March 11 from 8:30-10:30 p.m. There is a $5 cover and no advanced tickets will be sold. All ages are welcome.
Kalamazoo-based band, Blarney Castle, is named after the famous Irish castle, and they have been making a splash in Southwest Michigan since their start in early 2015.
Comprised of six music students from Western Michigan University, Blarney Castle combines the technicality of Western classicism with the rich folk music heritages of Ireland and Scotland and a progressive energy that appeals to audiences of all ages.
Their first album, “To a City, Fair,” was released on April 5, 2016.
