Huron Waterloo Pathways Initiative (HWPI), in partnership with the Washtenaw County Parks and Recreation Commission (WCPARC), is very pleased to proceed with the rapid expansion of the Border-to-Border Trail.

We are working to complete the B2B and realize our vision of healthy, active, and connected communities. The construction planned for 2018 and 2019 will make great strides toward the completion of the 70-mile, non-motorized, 10-foot wide, ADA compliant pathway.

The HWPI and WCPARC are committed to active construction along the Huron River. Our goal is to complete the trail by the fall of 2021.

HWPI will be hosting two public meetings to provide updates on the Border-to-Border trail. We will share information on current trail construction and engineering activities, future trail plans, and will also be available to answer questions. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.

May 1 from 6:30-8 p.m. – Dexter District Library
