D and B Strategic Marketing is hosting a 90-minute marketing clinic “Selecting the Best Social Media Channels for your Business” on Thursday, Oct. 19 at 3:30 p.m. at The Common Grill restaurant, 112 South Main St.

The workshop, led by Doris Friedrich Galvin and Bridget Favre, reviews social media channels and will provide business owners insight and guidance to help them identify where to focus marketing efforts.

“After working together on the Chelsea Portrait Project, Doris and I decided to build on our positive synergy and create D and B Strategic Marketing. Our goal is simple: we will help empower local businesses and non-profits with comprehensive marketing resources,” said co-founder Favre.

To do this, D and B Strategic Marketing will be offering “90-Minute Marketing Clinics” designed to help business owners develop and map out their strategies on a variety of topics.

In the first clinic, “Selecting the Best Social Media Channels for Your Business” participants will define their social media objectives, identify which channels reach their target audiences, and map out a social media timeline that integrates with their overall marketing strategy.

The clinic fee is $85, coffee and cookies will be served.
