The Chelsea Senior Center is hosting a meet and greet for the four candidates running for the four open seats on the Chelsea City Council on Oct. 23 at 5:30 p.m. in the senior center.
Invited are Melissa Johnson, who is running for mayor, Cheri Albertson, Rick Catherman and Tony Iannelli who are running for the three City Council seats.
At this time, all candidates are running unopposed, but the deadline to file as a write-in candidate is Friday, Oct. 27 at 4 p.m.
If you can’t make this event, there is another opportunity to hear from the candidates on Nov. 1, which is hosted by the Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce.
