Publisher’s message: A Huge Thank You to Readers

File photo. Roses from Gigi’s Flowers and Gifts.

In response to this column, readers of Chelsea Update have been most generous and for that I am so grateful and super thankful.

I hope everyone knows I’d much rather be spending my time bringing you all the News That’s Fit To Print about Chelsea than asking for donations, which are not tax deductible. But can be made in any amount.

Just as important are all the notes that came with the checks telling me how much folks loved Chelsea Update. And, as one reader said, I look at my donation as I would a subscription to a daily newspaper because that’s what Chelsea Update has become for all of us — our local online daily news source. Keep up the good work.

Mission accomplished.

Below is a list of the wonderful folks and groups of folks who have donated. (And there is always room for additional donors if you haven’t gotten around to it yet. Smile.)

  1. Lisa, Glad your “drive” was successful. I enjoy the Update from my old hometown.
