Chelsea Police reported this week that a driver who blew through a stop sign led to a passenger in his car being arrested for an outstanding warrant, and that another driver who parked across two spots in front of a business wound up arrested for an outstanding drunken driving warrant.
In addition, a woman found her car scratched in multiple places after parking it to attend a banquet.
