Reminder: Opening night of ‘Much Ado About Nothing’ tonight

(Chelsea Update would like to thank Jim Duncan for the information in this story.)

“Much Ado About Nothing,” one of Shakespeare’s most beloved comedies, explores both the hilarity and the damage that can result from hearsay and gossip, and the Chelsea High School’s production will place the show in a modern setting to help connect these timeless themes to audiences of today.

So, spend some quality time with mom and treat her to a fun show for Mother’s Day.

Performance dates and times are tonight, May 8 and Saturday, May 9 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, May 10 at 3 p.m.

All performances will be held at the Washington Street Education Center’s George Prinzing Auditorium.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for students/seniors and are available at Chelsea Pharmacy and at the door.
