Residents in a small section of Old US-12, Gene and Machnik drives and Creekside Court remain under a boil water advisory while the city conducts two consecutive tests of the water in the area.
Residents and businesses in this area are asked to boil all water to be used for cooking or drinking.
The city lost water pressure in the water system Tuesday morning due to a water main break in the area. The pressure issue has been resolved and water can be used for toilets, showers and cleaning.
The boil water advisory went into effect at noon Tuesday and affected residents were immediately notified.
