Autumn Johnson and Sidney Bailey led a strong defensive attack that helped the 8th Grade Girls’ Basketball Team to its second victory. Anna Knight added 8 points while Selena Shanley scored 2 points on Jan 24.
The 7th Grade Girls’ Basketball Team lost to Saline on Jan. 24,16-7. The team was improved from its last game. Playing well were Anna Regis, Alise Hale, Jordan (Jaamorgan) Seitz and Laura Scudder.
The 8th Grade Girls’ Basketball team defeated Dexter earlier this week for the team’s first win of the season. It was a solid team effort and standout performances included Nicole Bareis, Natasha McElrath, Sidney Bailey and Sara Stribe.
The 7th Grade Girls’ Gold Basketball team defeated Lincoln in an exciting game. Emily Griggs poured in 7 points for the Bulldogs. Paige Stacey and Rachel Melody added 2 points apiece. Sydney Hines and Zoe Steigerwald played great defense to help Chelsea to the victory.
The 7th Grade Girls’ Blue Basketball team lost to Dexter. Playing well for the Bulldogs were Melissa Jolly, Audrey Phillips, Laura Scudder and Anna Regis.
