The Beach Middle School wrestling team hosted the annual Chelsea Invitational at Chelsea High School last Saturday. The Dogs went 2-3 on the day and wrestled tough all day.
Undefeated wrestlers on the day were Grayson Golding (5-0), Cole Munson (3-0), and Jonah Rodgers (2-0).
The Dogs beat Milan and Tecumseh before dropping duals against Holt, Jackson Northwest, and New Boston Huron.
The team also recently hosted an SEC tri-meet at the WSEC with Ypsilanti and Ypsilanti Lincoln. The Dogs beat Ypsilanti Middle School 72-6 and beat Lincoln 54-24.
Daniel Garza and Ian Carter won two matches on the night. Many Bulldogs wrestled tough and did a great job.
