UMRC announces Alyssa Trinkle as director of finance

United Methodist Retirement Communities, Inc. (UMRC) recently announced Alyssa Trinkle, CPA, has been promoted to director of finance. In her new role, Trinkle will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the organization.

Trinkle brings more than eight years of finance and accounting experience in the senior living industry. Prior to becoming Director of Finance, Trinkle most recently served as Controller of UMRC, with responsibilities including financial reporting, cash management, financial forecasting and project funding.  In December 2014, Trinkle successfully secured $11 million in financing for the Cedars of Dexter, which is wholly owned by UMRC and $4 million in financing for Thome PACE in Jackson, of which UMRC is an 80 percent owner.

Trinkle earned her bachelor’s in business administration at the University of Michigan and is a Certified Public Accountant.

She resides in Dexter, Mich. with her husband and three children.
