All work is complete from south of I-94 to Brown Drive with the exception of the top course, or paving of the road, which will happen later this year.

According to a progress update on the construction project, work is complete on the I-94 ramps as well, again, minus the paving work, which will take place at night and require ramp closures.

From 5 a.m. to 7 p.m., miscellaneous work continues for water main installation, signal work and prep work for curb and gutter and driveway placements.

All lanes on M-52 are open to traffic, one southbound, one northbound and a designated left turn lane although all three lanes have been reduced to 10-feet wide.

From 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., traffic continues to be reduced to one lane in each direction along the west side of M-52.

The contractor will be working along the east side of M-52 installing new curb and gutter, driveways, storm sewer and a water main.

All businesses are open during the construction work that’s expected to conclude in November.
