Attention all veterans.
Bring your military ID and receive a discounted rated for a weekly fair pass during the 81st annual Chelsea Community Fair from Tuesday, Aug. 21-Saturday, Aug. 25.
Tuesday, Aug. 21 marks the first official day of fair, and daily passes are $8 while children under 10 are free.
Season passes for the week are $30.
Student, veterans (with military ID) and senior season passes are $20 for the week.
And don’t forget, children 10 years and under are free.
Ride wrist bands are extra.
In addition, Thursday, Aug. 23 is Senior Day at the fair and there is free admission for those 65 years and older.
Plus, Friday, Aug. 24 is Military Day for all current and former military. Don’t forget your valid military ID and get into the fair for $4. Plus, it’s also Ladies Day and ladies get in for $5 before noon.
And remember, parking is always free on the fairgrounds. The nice folks from the Chelsea Athletic Boosters will assist you in finding a spot.
