The Washtenaw County Road Commission has imposed weight restrictions on a bridge each in Lima and Sylvan townships.
Old US-12 over Letts Creek in Sylvan Township, Section 22 – between I-94 and Sylvan Road. Proposed Posting: 21 Tons/38 Tons/53 Tons
Parker Road over Unnamed Tributary to Mill Creek Lima Township, Section 1 – between Dexter-Chelsea Road and Shield Road. Proposed Posting: 31 Tons/54 Tons/55 Tons
I wish they would impose weight restrictions on Wilkinson ( the unofficial bypass).
The heavy truck traffic has greatly increased!
