The Chelsea community and the American Red Cross are hosting a blood drive on Thursday, July 11 at the Chelsea First United Methodist Church from 7 a.m.-6:45 p.m.
All presenting donors will be entered to win a set of Cedar Point Tickets.
The need for blood is constant and only volunteer donors can fulfill that need for patients in our community, according to information from the Red Cross. Nationwide, someone needs a unit of blood every 2 to 3 seconds and most of us will need blood in our lifetime.
The church is located at 128 Park St.
