Anna Byberg, MSW, was the recent guest speaker at a Chelsea Kiwanis Club meeting.
This was special meeting held once a year during which the Chelsea Club hosts other clubs within its division.
Byberg is the program coordinator at the Dawn Farm Spera Recovery Center, and she gave a presentation about Dawn Farm’s many programs and facilities.
The mission of the organization is to assist addicts and alcoholics in achieving long-term recovery.
Dawn Farm helps to identify and remove barriers, which prevent addicts and alcoholics from joining the recovering community.
In addition, the Chelsea Kiwanis Club made a donation to Dawn Farm.
