At the Saturday Farmers’ Market on Saturday, July 20, is the July market basket giveaway.

The market opens at 8 a.m. and runs until noon at the library parking lot on Park Street.

Just fill out a survey before 11:30 a.m.  to be entered in the drawing.

Also being offered is a Double Up Food Bucks Program, along with Prescription for Health and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, also known as Bridge Cards. Those interested can visit the market information table for specifics on these programs.

The music this week is by Li and Me starting at 10 a.m.

  • Kapnick Orchards is expected to have tart cherries, black and red raspberries, peaches and blueberries.
  • Anna’s Handmade and Homegrown will have beaded bracelets.
  • Zatkovich Pastures will have 100 percent grass-fed Dexter beef, organically-fed free-range eggs, organically-fed pasture-raised dinner chickens
  • Tantre Farm will have green beans, yellow beans, black raspberries, basil and cucumbers new this week, along with their regular produce listed below.
