Tomatoes in various colors and sizes are now available at the Chelsea Farmers Markets.

Visit the Saturday market for a great selection of fresh produce including corn, zucchini, green beans, cucumbers, and all sorts of peppers.

Cherries, blueberries, peaches, cantaloupes, watermelons, and more will also be for sale.

You’ll find an assortment of plants and flowers, too.

Fresh baked goods will be available including muffins, cookies, cakes, and breads.

Chelsea musician Bill Personke will provide the music – a great blend of folk, rock, and rhythm and blues.

The market is located in Palmer Commons and runs from 8 a.m.-1 p.m.

There is a new regional (Chelsea, Grass Lake, Manchester and Stockbridge) food assistance program to help get healthy market food on the tables of those in need. It’s aimed at folks who don’t quite meet SNAP criteria. Be sure to inquire at the market.
