Whether it’s corn, tomatoes, zucchini, green beans, cherries, or blue berries that you crave, the Wednesday Chelsea Farmers Market is the place to get all of your fresh produce and more.

The market is located at the Chelsea State Bank parking lot at the intersection of M-52 and Old US 12 and runs from 1-5 p.m.

On both Wednesday Aug. 14 and 21, Marge Mills will be at the market selling her tasty Good Times Kettle Corn. She sells the sweet and salty variety, which is mixed with sugar, salt and oil.

Mills has been selling kettle corn since 2009 at farmers markets, fairs, and festivals. She makes her kettle corn right there at the market so you can be sure it’s fresh. If you don’t see her booth right away, you can usually smell the great scent of the sweet and salty popped corn.

Other goodies at the Wednesday market include cookies, sweet rolls, cakes, and breads.

You can also find wooden bowls, birdhouses, pottery, jewelry, and soy candles.

Among the vendors at this season’s Wednesday market are Jacob’s Fresh Farm Shares, K’s Acres, Needle-Lane Farms, Pregitzer Farm, Bordine Farms, Golden Fleece Farms, Marks Farm, Kapnick Orchards, Affeathermations, LA Baguette, Stone Hearth Bakery, Awakened Provisions, Sweet & Salty (cookies), Smellz So Good (candles).
