An Alzheimer’s Association support group will meet on Thursday, Aug. 15 from 2-3 p.m. in the Crippen Building at the Chelsea Retirement Community at 805 West Middle St.
These groups are a safe place to learn, offer and receive helpful tips, and meet others coping with Alzheimer’s disease or another dementia, according to information about the event.
Support group members are typically the spouse, adult child, other family member or friend of someone with Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia.
