A variety of melons will be for sale at this week’s Wednesday Chelsea Farmers Market.
This is a great time for fruit lovers as peaches, cherries, blueberries and apples will also be for sale.
August is a bountiful time for vegetables. Look for corn, tomatoes, zucchini, carrots, green beans, cucumbers, onions, potatoes, micro greens and more at the Wednesday market.
Fresh baked goods, kettle corn, peanut butter, Polish foods, along with the Smokey Michigan food truck will also be available.
The market takes place in the parking lot of Chelsea State Bank located at 1010 S. Main St., at the corner of M52 and Old US-12, and runs from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
