The Beach Middle School 7Blue volleyball team suffered defeat Thursday at home court vs. a tough Dexter team.
The Chelsea girls lost all 3 sets: 25-16, 25-19, and 25-18. However, these scores do not represent the competitive match and the much improved serving of the Dawgs.
Cece DeLong and Savie Burk were top servers in set one.
Abby Peterson had an amazing run with 7 serves over for her team in set two.
Melayna Minyard continues to be a leader on the court with good net play.
The Bulldogs also played Wednesday night vs Bedford and could not win any sets against the strong Bronco servers. The entire young Chelsea team has now learned positions and implemented these jobs in the match so they can develop into strong players for next year.
