8 Blue
Thursday night, the 8th grade blue team beat Adrian 23-20 in an exciting overtime game.
Leading the team in scoring was Jackson Ichesco. Contributing big buckets in the game were also Austin Dettling, Cody Underwood, and Manning King with a huge 3.
Landon Owen led the team in rebounding with 17 huge boards to help the team win.
The boys are now 2-0 heading into the weekend where they’ll be taking on Tecumseh and Adrian.
7 Blue
The 7th blue team traveled to Adrian last night and came home with a 37-23 win. Leading the way on offense were Drew Cabana, Dez Finnerty, Duke Rhodes and Kaine Vargo.
Leading the way on defense were Carter Smith, Caleb Ruszkiewicz, Carson Brewer and Will Wilke.
The team is now 1-1.
