The Beach Middle School boys and girls cross country team competed at the Chelsea Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 29 at Hudson Mills.
On this chilly morning, 29 athletes ran their personal best times. In fact, Rose LaForest ran 6 minutes faster than her previous best time and Matt Rosolowski lowered his time by 1:19.
In the boys’ race, Joshua Kowalski, Ben Ingall, Cullen Lindsay, Liam Heaney, and Cole Phillips swept the top 5 places in the race.
In the girls’ race, Chelsea swept the top 6 places. Maddie Goodin finished first, followed by Ellie Doman, Caroline Hirth, Sydney Matusik, Clara Nelson and Anna Vanneste.
