The Beach Middle School 7th grade basketball team went 1-1 last Saturday at Lincoln. The team beat Lincoln 30-8 and lost to Adrian 12-6.
Playing well for the team were Libby Timberlake, Azlyn Eckert, Kaydee Absher, Kate McKenzie, Ashley Sherwood and Karlie VanRemortel.
The eighth grade basketball team lost a tough game last week against a strong Tecumseh team by the score of 19-15. Ellie Kuck, Avery Lay, and Addison Sinkwitts all made big three-point shots in the game.
