The Beach Middle School Wrestling team traveled to the Fowlerville Invitational last Friday. There were nine teams at the event and the team had a great showing.
The five wrestlers who were able to finish undefeated and in 1st place were Kyle Grifka, Collin Beckel, T Hephner, Logan Holzhausen, and Caleb Fitch.
Second place finishers were Emerson Kiebler, Leo Alafita, Quinton Carradine, and Ethan Fody.
Finishing in 3rd place were Keaton Hunter, Hunter Murphy, Xander Kemmer, Sam Forehand, Aidan Bowman, and Palmer Hurst.
The most exciting match of the day was by Hunter Murphy who beat his opponent from Pinckney, 13-12.
The wrestlers next host Bedford and Saline in the CHS Auxiliary Gym today at 4:15.
