The Beach Middle School wrestling team opened its season on Wednesday, Jan. 15 against a tough Blissfield team and competed hard.
There were a ton of wrestlers who won matches for Chelsea.
Owen VanAssche, Ethan Povlich, Auden Howard, and Indiana Hurst won their first matches of their wrestling careers.
Griffen Tokarski and Ethan Racine wrestled the two toughest matches and came away with victories.
