Rod Anderson was re-elected chairman of the Chelsea Area Fire Authority board and Craig Maier was elected vice chairman Tuesday morning during the board’s annual meeting.
John Francis was re-elected secretary and Jamie Bollinger was elected treasurer.
Kurt Koseck was chosen to chair a committee with Bollinger that will review the fire authority’s employee handbook, articles of incorporation and pre-incorporation documents.
Any changes approved by the full board to the CAFA Articles of Incorporation will need to be approved by the member municipalities – Chelsea and Sylvan, Lima and Lyndon townships.
The board also unanimously approved its meeting dates for 2013 that take place at 9 a.m. on the third Tuesday of the month at the fire station.
And, the 2014 annual meeting was set for Jan. 21, 2014.
