Chelsea Amateur Radio Club (CARC) will feature guest speaker Craig Toepfer, author of The Hybrid Electric Home, at its next monthly meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 23 at 7 p.m. at the Chelsea Senior Center.
Toepfer is a Chelsea resident and expert in the field. Anyone interested in the topic is invited to the meeting at the senior center, 512 Washington St.
There is a meet and greet for ham radio enthusiasts at 6:30 p.m. and the meeting begins at 7 p.m.
