We had another beautiful day, and the squad competed well at the Lansing Catholic Central Relays on April 17. Chelsea ended up taking the overall championship against 13 other teams.
Will Barhite was the star of the meet, winning both hurdle races and placing in the high jump.
Other medal winners included Will Scott, Aiden McGuire, Connell Alford, and several relays (DMR, 4×100, 4×400).
At Lincoln, our pole vaulters took 4 of the top 5 spots. Many others set lifetime bests, and continued the trend of improvement.
Chelsea Track and Field has three consecutive home meets – the next two Tuesdays as well as the Chelsea Relays this Friday.
