The Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for both its 2013 Citizen of the Year as well as its Lifetime Achievement Award.
“Please don’t just talk about what a great person so and so is … show them how great they are and how much their work is appreciated,” according to the chamber nomination request.
Nomination forms are available in the office or on the chamber website.
And, keep in mind that the nominees does not have to be chamber members.
The deadline for nominations is July 8, and the awards banquet is on Oct. 17 at the Village Conference Center at 6:30 p.m. Call 475-1145 for tickets.
