The Chelsea Children’s Cooperative Preschool is looking for a flexible individual who works well with others and loves children.
We are offering a part-time Teacher’s Aide position for the Afternoon 3s Class, which meets 11:45 – 2:30 on Tuesday and Thursday from September through May.
The job requires assisting the teacher with planning and preparation, helping with classroom activities, interacting with children in a warm and caring manner, and substitute teaching on occasion.
One of the many perks include working with caring adults, both teachers and parents, who are focused on bringing meaningful and joyful learning experiences to preschool children. The school will reimburse associated costs for the mandatory 16 hours of professional development per calendar year as well as membership to the MiAEYC.
