With the Chelsea Community Fair taking place Aug. 24-28, this means Ladies Day is only a few months away – on Friday, Aug, 27.
Held the Friday morning of fair week in the Multipurpose Arena, the three-member volunteer organizers have already picked a theme for the popular event: “When Life Gives You Lemons, Make Lemonade.”
The organizers are putting out a call to local businesses for prize donations that are given away to attendees during the busy morning event that includes food, entertainment and the announcement of the Homemaker and Junior Homemaker of the Year.
This is a great way to get your business name out to the community and about 200 ladies attend the popular event each year.
