Chelsea Community Kitchen program: cooking fresh in early spring

Before gardens hit their peak in late spring, it can be challenging to find healthy, delicious recipes that make use of fresh ingredients. 

Join the Lo-TECH Foodways owner and Chelsea Community Kitchen Board Member Peter di Lorenzi as he demonstrates and shares dishes that make use of the resources early spring offers.

The free event will take place at the Chelsea District Library on May 9 from 6:30–8 p.m.
