Sophomore Katie Lee, in the No.2 singles slot, had the match of the day and battled back to win, 6-4 in the third set after splitting the first two sets, 4-6, 6-2.
Both the first and second doubles teams of Sarah Oberholtzer and Rachel Katz and Delancy Osbeck and Micayla Zynda, all seniors, dominated their opponents, 6-1, 6-1 and 6-2, 6-3, respectively.
“Great play out of both of them,” Head Coach Matt Pedlow said.
In fact, all four doubles teams scored victories.
Jordan Jacobs and Sam Jabara won in three sets, 6-4, 4-6, 6-4 and Genny Stubbs and Jacquelyn Barbour won 6-3, 6-1, respectively.
