(Chelsea Update would like to thank Bob Milbrodt for the information in this story.)
On Tuesday, May 28, the Chelsea Kiwanis will be celebrating those elementary school students who have raised their grade point average since the beginning of the school year. The program is called Bring Up Grades (BUG), recognizing their academic improvement.
On Friday, May 31, South Meadows Elementary will also be the site for the annual Ice Cream Social, 5:30-7:30, for all elementary students and their families. We’ll roll out the Kiwanis Food Concession Trailer so hot dogs, knackwurst, popcorn, drinks, etc. will be available with the ice cream treats.
Golfers, please join us on Thursday, June 6, for an outing at Pierce Lake Golf Course to benefit Timbertown Reimagined and Faith in Action.
